14-Day Return Window (EU Law)
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping
Because international returns can be costly, we always offer alternative solutions before requesting a physical return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund
In most cases, no return is required.
We may request photo/video proof.
